Inspection Trip
Our company organizes inspection trips to whom would like to have a look at to the properties down in Turkey , as having an office in Sweden and Iran , our clients may easily contact to our represents in Gothenburg and Tahran below you may see the contact details of our branches .
Flights : We are not selling package inspection trips as other local companies , to provide more freedom about decision of buying and possibility of comparing with other places, we prefer our customer to take the expenses of flight themself in advance but we are able to help for buying the tickets . We refund the flight expenses up to 500 € to the ones who buys property via us .
Accommodation : As selling property we prefer to provide a Test Live in our properties ( this can be choosen by our guest in advance ) for our guest who comes down to see our properties and depending on request of our guests we may organize a Hotel which is going to be more than 3 Star . Accommodation is free for the guests who buys a property by us and we charge 300 € per couple the ones who would not like to buy yet.
We mostly organize the trips for 1 week and apart from other companies wo do not charge our customers for Inspection Trips
Sightseeing :
As a summary our inspection trip follows as :
1'st Date : Meeting - Tradional Turkish Breakfast - City Sightseeing
2'nd Date : Property Inspection as group - Lunch - Property Inspection as group - Dinner
3'rd Date : Private Property Inspection and Reviewing the properties - Contract Establishing in case of request
The rest of the time leaves to our guests , the ones who buys property may start to furnish their property or order the changes in assistance of our after sales represants .
** Our guests are free to join sightseeing tours or not ...
The ones who would like to see more alternatives or would like to compare with other companies , are free ...
Our main aim is to establish trustful and comfortable relation with our guests , we would appreciate to see our guest statisfied from Turkish hospitality during these Inspection Trips .
All kind of transfers and transports are free , our guest are not going to pay any extra fee except the things written above ...
