Buying Procedure

As Seaside Alanya Real Estate , we manage all necessary paper works for Title Deed (Tapu ) Transfers . 

For our foreign customers , it takes between 3 and 6 months according to Nationality and moslty for Russian and Danish citizens it takes up to 6 months , for the rest of nationalities in Europe it takes maximum 3 months . 

For Turkish Citizens it takes from 2 days up to 1 week. 

To be able to begin the procces photos of both buyer and seller , Turkish Tax ID Number ,passports and Title Deed (Tapu) of the property to be sold.
